New Horizons of SWFL provides this Donor Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy policy, and to inform you of the way your information is used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

Contact information: name, organization/church, northern and southern addresses, community in which you live, phone number, email address
If you are a volunteer, where you volunteer and volunteer hours
New Horizons event attendance and donation history
Information you wish to share: questions, comments, suggestions
Collect by donation but do not maintain:
Payment information: credit card data
We use your information to help you make a donation, register for an event, and communicate with you about upcoming events. Most importantly, we use your contact information to provide you with periodic updates on the impact of your support on the mission of New Horizons and the accomplishments of our at-risk students. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communications and our mission.
New Horizons will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors is and will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of New Horizons and only to further the missions and purposes of New Horizons.
We wish to send only desired mail to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our hard copy mailing list. Emails are sent via Constant Contact which offers an “unsubscribe” option.
In accordance with IRS regulations, gifts to New Horizons of SWFL are tax deductible to the extent provided by law. New Horizons of SWFL is recognized as a 501 (c)(3), (EIN 11-3678086) non-profit.
