New Horizons is dedicated to empowering Southwest Florida’s most vulnerable K-12 students.
Our programs help to meet the academic, social and spiritual needs of hundreds of students through after-school tutoring and mentoring. We are always looking for passionate, energetic people to add to our team.
We hire a wide variety of positions across multiple locations in Southwest Florida (Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and south Fort Myers). Since the bulk of our work with students happens after school, most positions are part-time.
We offer paid time off to both full and part-time employees.
Full-time employees are eligible to receive affordable health benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage.
